Any directions on how to use this app. Can not move my widgets made onto the widget screen!

Crash city

Some great ideas in here, but crashes often when trying to choose a picture. Searching for a pic doesn’t work at all. Doing the 4x pic frame is quite frustrating. Pictures are hard to place when they show up at all.
