Rating 1 star until this awful decision is reversed. Wasting my time with 2FA like every other company that wants my money and expects me to let them waste my time with a text code. This is the worst thing to be born in the digital age and if it doesn’t stop I’ll change service back to AT&T. There’s ZERO reason to force this on me. I should be allowed to CHOOSE if I want my time wasted or not. I’ve ONLY been hacked with accounts that use 2FA. My non-2FA accounts have NEVER been hacked. Password is enough and this is anti-consumer. My bank doesn’t even do this to me and that actually where 2FA would make sense. Yet I’ve never been scammed or hacked proving 2FA is useless.

I don’t like looking down on any human being but I watch people & don’t understand why they haven’t switched to visible. Unlimited everything INCLUDING HOTSPOT…. What???? $25 a month for that & $35 for the stronger 5G plan. (Only wish I had better 5G in my area). Just a great company & very little dropped calls, buffering etc…. Thanks visible.

Texts and emails days in advance to pay bill. Then I go pay and on the app it’s always something. Password don’t work can’t update or I’m logged out so I gotta deal with this to click one button to authorize payment. I think I’d be less peeved if I want hounded everyday to pay a $25 bill.
