Unfortunately not all the complications work on the Modular Ultra face. As of this writing the last update to the app was 2 years ago, so if you have a newer watch take note.

Here’s my -1⭐️. I paid for this app. The apple advert showed “purchased” and it has hung there like that for hours. No way to download it. Searched and hunted for this thing, nowhere to be found. * Applied for a refund. Explained app never delivered…. Was informed I was not eligible for a refund. Bad show all around. I’m forced to give a 1 star, as there are no zero stars.

I purchased this complication and had a question for the developer but haven’t been able to get any response. If you send email from the developers website it just comes back to you as if you sent it to yourself. Not pleased since I’m a paying customer.

This exactly what I have been looking for. I wanted to be able to show local time in 12-hr format on my Apple Watch, but also show Zulu time in 24-hour format as a complication. This is a very small, simple app that does exactly those things. Also is customizable for various display preferences.

Re-work complication updating to make it more reliable. If complications still fail to update, an update can be forced by opening the main app.
