Increasing my last review from 3 to 4 stars. Support has been very helpful the past week or two, fixing a critical caller ID bug and an issue with invoices I was seeing. Happy to see movement on this app and looking forward to future feature possibilities and tighter integration with UISP!

I love the charts in here. I wish the web interface had the same. Unfortunately, a big missing feature is phone contacts integration, so you know who’s calling if they’re one of your clients. This appears to have been a feature in the past, but I think they’re now missing the necessary permissions for new iOS releases for it to work.

Love having the functionality in the app but it is always incomplete. Why not just finish it? I would pay for the app if it was complete and all working. I have been waiting for the ticketing portion to be implemented thinking that it would be awesome…another incomplete portion of this app. I respond to a customer on their ticket and it looks like they are talking to themselves. It does not respond as you, it responds as the client when you type a response.
