Terrible APP rarely works, always asking to renew subscription even though i have paid for a year, double hilling (turns out I was also being billed monthly—they refused to refund me). Rarely works properly!! Customer service very slow and unresponsive. Will definitely not renew (they refused requests for refunds)

This is terrible APP!!! It rarely works and every two minutes it asks me to subscribe again! I constantly have to “Restore Purchase”!!!!!! I have emailed support several times asking for help!!!!

OK , I’ll try this again. Last review fell into a hole. Powered by Google, you say? Well, Google translate does offline translation, doesn’t interrupt with promotions (yes, even this paid app, Pocket Translate, that I foolishly subscribed to) and I’m guessing that Google translate has some kind of support, though I didn’t need it. OTOH, Pocket Translator does not do offline translation, it has intrusive notifications that hit at just the wrong time, like at a metro station, and support is Zendesk, with inane and irrelevant knowledge base links. I subscribed for a month and never used this app because it was hard to use and was worthless unless I had a wifi or cellular connection. And user ratings and reviews in the App Store? One word, five star reviews like “great!" Definitely real.

I’m so happy to have finally found an app that I can select both languages that I am going to speak into the app and I select which language I want what I said translated into and I can’t believe how accurate the verbal communication was translated correctly into a text format in a Different language then of which I spoke in. Love this app!!! This app has so many more features that I have yet to explore and I plan to explore more features in the app soon and I am talking about REAL soon…… and you know you don’t even have to ask for me to leave my honest opinion when I use the other features on the app. Please remember that I will be back here very soon with another review!!!👌🏽
