Note: There is NO WEB ACCESS to the lock via the app (unlike KEVO, Schlage, others) THE LOCK IN THE DESCRIPTION USES PLASTIC SCREWS! You would do well to immediately replace supplied screws with metal. The app is fine, except you can’t edit usernames (fingerprint 00, 01, etc), codes, or cards to be descriptive. Lose 1 star for lack of customization , & 1 star for no web access (can’t control lock/see activity unless you’re near the lock). Dev didn’t respond to several emails or previous review.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE LOCK IN THE DESCRIPTION! The lock is made with cheap plastic parts (screws break with the slightest turn). There is NO reset button, the app is crap! The lock doesn’t allow you to program any fingerprints, & and the app is no use at all. There is no way to reset the management password. If I could give a minus rating, I would. Tried app on Android as well as iOS, completely worthless, and my office door is RUINED from the holes I had to drill.

App worked great for the one week we had it, all before an update two days ago. After the auto update, every time I try to log in I immediately get a “request timeout” message and it goes back to the log in screen. I have not been able to reach anyone to express my concern, so it is my hope that someone can get in touch with the necessary people to let them know of this issue. I like the lock and the app, I just want it to work as it did when I first got it! Please help!
