timer. is a simple and easy too use countdown timer. You are able to run several timers at the same time. The timers can be paused / resumed by the user and still run in background. Also you are able to define a sound or name. With the timer. widget and Apple Watch app you have quick and easy access to your last created timer. Features: - Several timers at the same time - Save timer - Edit and reorder existing timers - Siri Shortcuts support - Define timer name and alarm sound - Define an unlimited amount of timers - Timers still run in backround - Choose different alarms for notification and In-App - Choose from your favorite music for In-App alarm from your locally stored Apple Music or iTunes Music files - Widget for easy access the last created timer - Filter for running timers - Full access to timers from widget - Apple Watch app to view last created timer - More than 30 different alarm sounds - Choose between 16 modern themes for App and Widget - Dark Mode For feedback or feature requests visit us on twitter: https://twitter.com/timer_2018 Please note: The mute switch should not be active when the app is in background. Finished timers are not notified with an alarm sound. This is a limitation of iOS. If the app is running in foreground, the alarm sounds are also played when the mute switch is active.
It’s okay.
I like how this works on the top of my screen. I wish you could set it to repeatedly loop rather than having to press start every time and I do not understand why the flag thing appears with a time that is not relevant. If those two things were fixed I would give it 5⭐️ hands down. In the meantime, I give it 3.
Needs work
I want to like the app, but the watch version is finicky, showing whatever it wants and the main app interface is dated. Adjusting timers can only be done by dragging the wonky wheel pickers; you can't type in your timer values to set a time. Also, the wheel picker is glitchy and makes the labels (like 'Hours' and 'Min.') drag-able so they get in the way (those shouldn't be interactive!)
Good timer live activity
I like the live activity for this timer app, it allows you to set a prominent countdown (in the dynamic island for those with one) which can be helpful for day planning. I wish there were an option to just show minutes and hide seconds in the dynamic island. The live activity lockscreen widget needs to be redesigned—it shows the countdown and end time (great), but it also displays the name of the alarm sound (eg. “Japanese Temple Bell”) which is unnecessary and an odd thing to display on the small live activity. Hope they add some options for that. Also, the timer icon used in the live activity is static, it would be more useful if it displayed a progress bar/circle to represent the amount of timer left like the iOS timer does.

Oh well, waste three bucks
Widget doesn’t fit? Buttons 3 and 4 overlap, time remaining and time done overlap, can’t read… stick with the free version it’s good enough.
Pretty useful timer app
It’s rough around the edges with timers occasionally disappearing and timers launched via Shortcuts not reflecting in app, but once that’s fixed it should be almost on par with Timer+ which doesn’t have much automation capability.
