Things to remember • You will need a Valid Telecel number and a password to use the app. • Purchase of application is free however download charges do apply for downloading from the App Store. • If you use the app abroad, standard international charges will apply.

Need to work on a more intuitive design for the app
This app is extremely difficult to use. I have been trying for over an hour to pay for my FBB package on the app. No success. I also haven’t found any resources online on how to do that. Now I have loaded money onto my account and just can’t figure out how to buy a bundle. I advise the app developers to really look beyond just putting buttons on the app to really making this app more intuitive. Eg I should not have to request to change my FBB package before I can purchase a different bundle. I should be able to easily use cash to buy a bundle. Why is there a second step to this. There is no point in providing information on all the bundles on Telecel in the app if the next step from selecting my preferred bundle is not “buy this bundle”. A lot of the info here is simply not actionable. User experience needs A LOT of work.

Still can see all my available bundles in the app. Just a few of them which are usually old ones. I always have to use the short codes rather to see all my active and recent bundles
