I have a hole in my drywall thanks to trusting this app and wholly misidentifying a stud. Don’t risk it; buy a real stud finder. Also the 10 second paywall is incredibly annoying.

I downloaded this to do some simple projects at home but the in app ad to upgrade (and it’s impossible to continue until several seconds have passed) was intrusive and I couldn’t use it. I deleted it rather than upgrading. Consider it a bait and switch.

If you turn up the sensitivity it acts like it found something. Lots of beeping and it goes to 120. Turn down the sensitivity and the opposite happens. It’s supposed to detect metal but couldn’t detect obviously metal objects in front of it.
