Won’t connect
I tried all the methods to connect cam to my phone and none of them work. Please advise. Thank you
Camera connection is weird
I don’t have any problem connecting the camera to the WiFi but once it’s connected, after a s few minutes I’m unable to see the the video because it says it’s offline, but the word thing is that I keep receiving notifications when it senses movement in front of it, and the worst thing those notifications are in Chinese so is impossible to understand them, which is very annoying.
App Crashes
App only crashes now
Keeps telling me my account doesn’t exist
I can get the app running and I can use the camera for about maybe 24 hours and then all of a sudden it kicks me out of the app and I can’t login I can’t do nothing and it tells me that my account doesn’t exist and I’ve deleted the app I’ve re-downloaded ittry to redo it account but I get nowhere
Trash
Just trash. Purchased a small hidden camera and can’t be connected. No name of device. No QR code to add device. Just garbage.
Current network anomaly
I’ve been getting great use out of this camera however all day today there has been no camera available to view. I’ve unplugged my router and reset it. Nothing. I’ve unplugged the camera. Nothing. I’ve did a hard reset and it will add it but once back to home there is no camera. Tried re adding and it tells me camera has already been added. I’ve even removed app and redownloaded, added camera back all for it to tell me for the second time “current network anomaly” at this point I’m not sure what’s going on and maybe it would be more useful to people to have a bit more info in the customer service area. Because of this, 2 stars. I’m honestly not sure if it will work again which is pretty disappointing.
Disapointing.
I bought a small camera and when it came in i downloaded the app and tried to connect the camera. The instructions are confusing and me and my daughter tried to connect it. Please do not buy any camera that uses stareye. It is absolutely useless.
