Great concept - horrible experience and no customer support
Just got it and installed it without any problems. But when I tried to set it up, half of the instructions are not in English. However you can make educated guess as what was being asked. In the emergency contact section it will not add anyone, keeps claiming I have no contacts. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t work. The devs never emailed me back re: the problem. Look elsewhere!

Parts are in Spanish. Hmm. Puts your vehicle in kilometers even when you set it to miles. And MPH. can’t add contacts. Plus spelling is off more then one time in “about app” tested the speed in it, always off. Very difficult to understand what half of what colors are. No explanation. Can’t pick hospital near me. It’s not listed and there is ONE hospital in my town. WORTHLESS. FIGURE OUT YOUR APP BEFORE RELEASING IT!

I was actually involved in a car crash and the app did NOTHING about it!! We lost control and the car rolled over 2 times. Thankfully, we we're only injured lightly, as my sister just broke her leg. I cant imagine what would've happened if we were injured more severely. THIS IS CRAP. False advertising!

I am not sure how one would go about testing app designed to detect a car crash! But I like the concept and it seems to work. It operates in background mode and detects when you start and stop traveling. I have not noticed a drain on the battery. One question I have is whether it calls or texts your emergency contacts in the event of a crash...
