This program is terrible. I worked for two days trying to get a recipe and could not. I even went to SoapCal and did a recipe and entered the exact information from that recipe and it still would not work. I also wasted $10.00. No help of any kind, No step by step instructions, Nothing. Maybe that’s how their making money. The only way you can get a recipe is to unlock all the options. Then the program won’t work. They get the money and you get jack. TERRIBLE APP.

I’ve struggled with this app! The settings are no help. Took me a few tries to figure out the Done was on the keyboard, not the screen. Your only Help is a website that offers no place for assistance or a Twitter address. I do NOT have an account and I’m not going to get one. I enter tried recipes and it will not give me a recipe. Why? Why? Think this is a lesson learned and $6 lost.

I find it easy to use and I do recommend it to those who are new to soap making as well as those who are more experienced. The only drawback for me is the limited choices for additives and fragrances. It isn’t a deal breaker, but it would be nice to have a larger selection to work with.
