I have a 2017 year SkyBell and loved it for six years until they came out with the new HD app. I migrated to it after a few calls with Customer Support. They were friendly and knowledgeable getting me set up, but the app doesn’t consistently send alerts to my or my wife’s phone when people approach our front door.

It logs me out often, and I stop getting notifications. It also keeps disabling Face ID so I have to remember my password, which is annoyingly long and complex. There’s no reason biometrics should keep getting disabled with ever app update….frustrating
