Sideways is a Safari extension for rotating webpages even if the screen orientation is locked.
Clever
Update: The developer fixed the issue and now it works perfectly. Very clever and does the job well, but unfortunately breaks the tap-to-jump-to-the-top-of-the-page gesture. I rely on that enough that I’ve disabled this extension. I would love to use this though.

Niche, but clever
Does what it says it does and does it for free 😍
Doesn't work for fullscreen videos
that's about the only place I would have use for this. Also completely breaks the Twitter page layout, can only see one tweet.
Cool idea…
Unfortunately, it breaks the “tap at the top of the screen to autoscroll back to the top of a webpage” functionality that I’m a big fan of in Safari.
- Don't alter the webpage (i.e. "add wrapper div") if the orientation is "up" so you can safely enable the extension on all web pages. - Only animate the rotation when you tap the rotate button. Showing the animation on every page load is overkill and annoying.
