Finally a GREAT app to manage all of your shipments. We worked hard to design everything you need in one app and the most important is that it is very easy to use. See bellow the list of functionalities available in the app: > TRACKING >> Add a list of WBs and keep yourself updated with the latest status; >> Activate the alerts to receive the notifications every time a new checkpoint is added to your shipment; > SYSTEM SETTINGS >> You have more than one account ? not a problem add as many accounts you need to use for quote, request pickup and create WB; All data is sent to and stored in the phone, so no risk to your information. The app is also designed to consume a very low amount of data from your phone internet package.

The app hasn’t been giving me information on packages. If I go to the website I can view it but not on the app. Not happy

Never have I had such in satisfactory service as I received on a recent shipment. My tracking information on my DHL app notified me of the expected delivery of my package for yesterday and I waited here for the entire day until 830 last evening when I called DHL direct and they said the package had been attempted at about 825 PM that the courier had attempted delivery and left notice on door because I was not home. This was entirely false as I had my door wide open and no courier from DHL ever came to my door. There have been blocks on my tracking abilities and uncooperative representatives to say the least and non satisfactory responses from supervisors who failed to do their job as they stated they would. On a final call to DHL I reached an associate who expedited my order to be picked up at DHL facility and scheduled it for today’s delivery.

i read reviews and initially thought “oh boy” but to my surprise i went on the app and everything was easy and smooth. whatever was going on the got fixed.

Copy/paste dhl tracking number- app says the number is wrong and freezes at that message. Couldn’t get it to track anything- Deleted the app- don’t waste your time/money.
