Automation not working
As others have reported the option to group shades no longer available. Can the developer kindly respond if and when this can be restored ? I will not order additional shades if this is not returning
FRUSTRATING
I will adjust my review when they update the app. Recently, they removed the tap to run feature, as well as the scheduled open and close feature. Now, you have to go to each individual shade to operate it. Most frustrating thing ever! Also, they literally will not talk to anyone on the phone in terms of customer service. You have to message them. An absolute disgrace.
App used to be okay.
App was fine until a recent update that takes away the ability to run the shades together. I’ll increase my rating when that feature returns. Running them individually is annoying.
Automation Gone
With recent update, device automation is gone. We have 8 shades and have to operate them one at a time. It is incredibly annoying.
Automation Removed From App
With one of the most recent updates, the automation features have stopped functioning and disappeared. You can no longer bundle shades together in rooms and operate them as a group. It is a tad annoying that I need to select each individual blind to open or close. Also, timed automation is completely gone. I will increase rating when the automation portion of app is restored.
Took away features
This app is terrible. On the previous version you could at least group your shades, so in the morning I would only have to press one button to open the 3 shades in my bedroom. For some reason they removed that function, so it has become much more cumbersome to wait for each shade to connect and go through the steps for each one to open. Can’t figure out why they would have removed that feature, it only makes the product worse.
Horrible customer experience
App was fine for the longest time. Then they updated the up and then most of the features no long work. You seek support and they don’t even bother replying. Great concept but if the features you was looking for are going to go broke with updates and then you get no response that poor development and poor service.
