This app infuriates me 😡 I love the feature where you’re in the middle of your forms & it crashes causing you to lose all your notes & pictures 👌🏼 Amazing job guys 👏🏼 Rrecently after the newest update when I pause any job it just removes it from my schedule so another fantastic feature of this app that was recently added. Keep up the good work team. Looking forward to every update to see what’s next 👍🏼
Needs work from someone in field
Only been using service titan for two weeks and it’s very frustrating. It will not allow me to switch between devices without having to change my password multiple times with a verification that I am not a robot. The training was long and boring and did me almost no good. The help menu also does not work well.

Forms + syncing data
Filled out a whole form with hundreds of pictures just to get logged out due to syncing data. Had to redo everything.
Horrible mobile app
The sizing for the mobile app is horrible, customers cannot see anything. And it want to have permission to be allowed to always track location weather you are using the app are not, and if you turn that off it will constantly bug you to turn it back on, it’s very annoying.
I have to reinstall this app everyday
i have to uninstall and reinstall this app every single day. it never wants to sync no matter what i do, closing and reopening the app doesn’t work, powering down and restarting my phone doesn’t work. the only way i get this app to work is if i reinstall it every day. it’s ridiculous.
Almost perfect
Been knowing about this application for several years now. Began to utilize it as soon as I got into plumbing. Everything works fine but there are some things that would make it better. For example, when I need a purchase order ( P.O ) I can’t save it without having to fill out ALL the blanks. I get it, it’s necessary but in the version I began with I did not need to do that. I like to enter them at the end of a project. Just makes it easier to use. Also it does tend to be slow at times. I would restart my iPad, uninstall and reinstall and the app would still not open. Making the app user friendly would increase the ratings. A saying a like to go buy it KSS ( Keep it Simple Stupid ). Making easy to use for any sort of business would make it the best. I would honestly reach out to all types of companies to see what they think about the app and improve based on feedback. Besides that, I have no other issues. Thank You Service Titan!
