Cant connect buds to app
Hi! I’ve tried reaching out to samsung support but they redirected me here. I recently purchased Galaxy Buds 2 Pro but cannot connect them to this app. I am able to connect them to my iPhone bluetooth without issue, but this app stays on the loading screen when trying to connect. The samsung support team said the app developer needs to fix the bug internally for my issue to be resolved. Please let me know if you need more info & when the app will be updated. Thanks!
Useless
I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Got the Galaxy buds 2 pros through Bestbuy because I didn't want AirPods. I can connect them via Bluetooth to my phone but cannot get this app to find the headphones in the scan part in the beginning of setup. I feel like I'm missing out on all the features these headphones have to offer. I've chatted with Samsung support and they just say the headphones aren't compatible with iPhones in general. Trying to get something setup with Bestbuy now. I've done every reset I've found online to get these to connect to the app.

how are you gonna give directions, then when you follow the directions step-by-step, they don’t work. ever. no matter how many times you do it.
Not supporting buds 2 pro
The app should support all galaxy buds version I have the latest version but it not supposed

I have the buds2 pro and it doesn’t connect them because the app ain’t meant for them. Please make it a new app of adjust your app to connect buds2 pro. Very disappointed.
UPDATE THIS APP ASAP
Apple do not want you to buy Galaxy earphones, that’s exactly why they do not update this app. 😏
Buds won’t update software
Samsung trying to get me to send my buds in for repair at $125 because the software update won’t update… all to get you to upgrade to the newer model…
