Not authentic Samsung app
Horrible app, it connected to my TV for all of 10 mins, the pop up to purchase pro came up a few times, no problem I understand that’s how apps make money… but after 10 mins I couldn’t even use the remote anymore with out the pop up. I’m not trying to buy the extra features, why am I being forced to? Just make it a paid app from the beginning, I would’ve skipped it and not waste my time.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I don’t understand what the problem is if it is made for a Samsung TV it should work every time. I contacted the company and they are working for a fix for it. They quickly got back to me and were polite and respectful and I hope it works because the interface with your TV is on the interface is fantastic. It’s simple everything‘s at your fingertips. As soon as theyput up an update with the fix. I’m pumping it up to five stars.

I don’t understand what the problem is if it is made for a Samsung TV it should work every time. What’s the use of you have to get out of bed and jump in your wheelchair and go to the other side of the room and physically turn on your TV before the remote . I filled out the troubleshooting and sent it Samsung TV remote and got no reply. It was very disappointing. I have to turn on my TV first, so Samsung TV remote app can find it on the network because when my TV is off it’s Wi-Fi is also off. When you go to turn on the On button nothing happens. Once my TV is turned on it connects to the Wi-Fi network it does not broadcast or connect to the network until the TV turned on. for me to get up to turn on the TV it takes about 15 to 20 minutes. I am severely paralyzed by the time I managed to get my legs over get my wheelchair and the position hop over into my wheelchair roll over and turn on the TV and then roll backpark my wheelchair jump back in bed undo the locks push my wheelchair forward and then drag my tray back over and into place. It is completely and totally useless without the turn on feature. I am so disappointed.

This app works well with Samsung smart TV’s, but the developer charges a monthly fee. Ridiculous! When I downloaded it and saw that it was a subscription service I immediately deleted it.
