This app can be downloaded when you purchase an adapter for an iPhone with the lightning plug. But once you run the app it doesn't seem to do anything. But it does say that it's doing a firmware update. This worries me. Is the firmware update for my iPhone? I hope not. Is it for their adapter? I don't know but I've run the app several times and each time I plug in the adapter it asks me to run the app again. So I don't know if it's doing anything. I've never heard of an adapter requiring an app to work.
