Your iPhone or iPad's wifi must be turned on and connected to the same network as the Roku. In most cases, RoByte will automatically scan and find your Roku device but there is a small case where if you have a more complicated setup, you may need to manually enter your Roku's IP address to connect. If you're still unable to connect to your Roku, theres a good chance there's an issue somewhere within your network. I already had the app fully paid for there was a bug in it so I deleted it as it recommended. When you deleted it to re-download it since you already own the software, you should be able to reinstall it when your device with this company, not the case, when you go to reinstall it surprise surprise here comes a new bill stating that you have to purchase this item yet again or as they stated, do a free trial. First of all, not that they care but they lost a customer. I will never recommend them to anybody. There are many ways to get remotes. It was convenient yes but there are many options to be able to also download a Roku remote to my phone just sad to get money

Hi, I really love this app because I can use it to watch my Roku since my friends dog ate my original remote. But for two days I haven’t been able to use the Dpad to choose what to watch or click home, or anything. I tried the support tab, I’ve also deleted it and rediscovered it again. It’s just not working.
