I can’t login. The app has strange error codes

I have been trying to get on app since January it just keeps telling me my information is in the wrong format. That’s one then when I was always using it. The app would freeze completely not allowing me to do anything then I would get a message saying complete your order or you can’t get paid. I’m just trying to make some extra cash in my spare time.
