Well done and consistently improving
Im a professional pilot who started out with paper logs and still use them in conjunction with electronic. I cannot stand the subcription model (of LogTenPro) so I gave this a try and I am glad I did. I have minimal complaints and they seem to be improving the app (mobile and desktop) with every update.

I am a grandfathered in from vs.4. Which I have throughly enjoyed. Vs.5 has had some bugs. Customer service was responsive with the I had. Customer service seems to work on problems as they are brought to their attention. I look forward to seeing the full improvements as issues are made aware to them. Good app but not as familiar to me yet as vs4 was. BEST PART ONE TIME FEE! 3 1/2 star for my vote, would like to improve the rating as I get to know the log book better

There has to be a better way. I used an earlier version of this app for five years with no problems. The Dropbox syncing started malfunctioning and when I asked for support I was told they won’t support my version anymore and had to pay for an upgrade. They new version is just different, not better. In fact the data entry is very awkward to put it mildly. Actually it’s a pain in the butt compared to the older version.

Multiple issues with the new version. Entries have to be repeated multiple times because data doesn’t save. Only remedy I have found for this is to hit “return” between every data field instead of just tapping on the next field. Half my currency information does not work properly and I have redone them several times. And I can find no way to contact the developer. Their website has no contact info and when you use “report a problem” in iTunes it will not let you proceed because there was no cost to upgrade and therefore no purchase receipt. I’m highly debating going back to version 4, just not sure how much longer it will be supported.

These guys are amazing at what they do. I have been with them since V3 and they continue to improve their already top tier app. Version 5 is by far their best iteration yet. They are VERY repsonsive to input and reccoemendations to make their app better. As a CFI I had all of my students download this due to the ease of use versus some of the others. Now, as an ATP the app is still feature rich and makes the process of logging hours incredibly easy. It has the best UI out of the logbook apps that are available and it is not even close. Well worth the one time fee, as you will not regret it!

Hopefully just a bug, but the entire version 5 app is extremely (and I mean extremely) slow. There is a 2-3 second delay between my input and anything happening in the app, this makes inputting any field (landings, times, remarks) so frustrating and time consuming that I just gave up. So annoying that I’m already looking at other paid apps over this garbage.
