This app provides a platform for citizens of Pico Rivera to actively engage with City Department to maintain a cleaner and safer neighborhood.  
Using this app, Citizens of Pico Rivera can
-	Submit a 311 Service Request anonymously (as a guest user) or as logged-in user (as a registered user).
-	View information of all the 311 services. 
-      Track the status of submitted 311 Service requests online.
