Trying to connect to my brother’s frame(unsuccessfully). I have sent several requests to get permission to access. He never gets any notifications letting him know I have requested access. He has even sent me invites and we are still unable to connect to the device. I can log into app/ webpage and see the frame but it is greyed out and still has waiting approval on it. Very disappointed
