The automatic log-in period has been extended to 6 months. You will need to log in again for security reasons if the application has not been in use for more than 6 months.
The ventilation system can only be used in the following 4 countries.

- Cool or heat your home/workspaces before arriving
- You can adjust Fan Speed & Air Swing
- You can set-up a Weekly Timer (up to 6 operations for each day of the week)

- Turn on or off all air conditioning units and ventilation units at once by each group
- Connectable up to 20 units per each group
- Maximum 10 groups can be created
• MONITOR:
- View and monitor your air conditioning statistics (indoor/outdoor temperature, energy consumption graphs, etc.)
- View and monitor the ventilation statistics (indoor temperature, humidity, CO2, PM2.5, etc.)
• FILTER INFORMATION:
- You will receive a notification when it is time to clean or replace the ventilation units’ filter to ensure comfortable air quality
• ALERT MESSAGES:
- You will receive a notification along with an error code when an error occurs

Not Very Attractive, But Rock Solid
Never crashes, always works. Never once over 3 years have I had to do anything weird to make it work, …such as force close, etc. The UI leaves much to be desired but if it’s the price of stability and reliability I’ll take it.

The soft ware sometimes works n sometimes doesn’t. I switched on the Aircon with this app, status on the app is on, but in actuality the Aircon is not switched on at all… Also have issues with google home.

No idea how it’s possible to make a relatively functional (but average) app into something far worse, but the Panasonic developers have managed it. This app has one task and the hardware in place has one set of functions. And it does it relatively well. But why does the app constantly log me off and waste time logging me back in? I make changes several times in the evening depending on which part of the house we’re in, weather, etc. and this constant having to login again leaves a bitter taste especially when previous versions of the app didn’t have this issue.

Why did Panasonic make it so complicated to just connect to an air conditioner? Like they put the QR code in an almost unreachable place ( especially if , after the unit has been installed) . Then if you decide that you can't access the QR code than it makes you jump through several hoops to connect with the remote. And why is there a need to collect so much information?

The app stopped working after the update. I get the error “E03-0037-5005 Network Error”. I then reset the wifi and when I try to add the device on the android, I get “E03-0087-5500 Server timeout”. When I try to add the device on the IPad I get the error”Unable to join the network Panasonic-CS-wirelessAP. So when is this going to get fixed?
