Kan niet verder met wachtwoord vergeten?
Ja het gebeurd wel eens in de zoveel tijd dat je het wachtwoord vergeet dus laat ik maar even wachtwoord vergeten doen…huh waarom doet de ga verder knop het niet bij de algemene voorwaarden en cookies? Ja enorm last van zo kan ik niks zien…
Wrong Language
Apparently this T-Mobile app doesn’t check if the language option for this app is English or Dutch. I verified that the language option (язык in Russian) for this app T-Mobile is ENGLISH, not Dutch according to Apple SETTINGS app. Only good for Dutch-speaking people even though the iPhone or iPad is in some other language like Russian.
Can’t log in, asks to turn off WiFi endlessly
First, please call this app "Mijn T-Mobile" to reduce confusion. Second, I can't log in. The app states that it can't use Wifi to log in at this location (I'm in the USA), but I get the same error when wifi is off. Maybe it wants me to use TMo NL cell data with a Dutch SIM? No way to send feedback either other than leaving this review.
Data use is never correct
Data use is always overstated, showing much more use than actually happens.
Terrible UX
Geeft een continue login-lusfout vanaf de laatste update. Kan er niet in, kan geen acties uitvoeren in de app. Nutteloos gemaakt.
