Latest Update is Totally Broken
Tyring to do discovery and I get: "An error occurred whil scanning Would you like to try again? NSPOSIXErrorDomain 16 The operation couldnt be completed. Resource busy Scanning will be resumed automatcially after x sec." Repeat and fail! Restarting the app and even rebooting helps nothing. So, what kind of regression tests do you perform before rolling out a new version?

App requires Netspot survey app to collect data but crashes when opening survey files. Feedback button on app fails to communicate with server so a review seems to be the way to communicate with the developers.

I apologize, but I just wrote an extensive review and my finger tapped my MBP Pro’s trackpad *right over* the “cancel”, and in a split second, without a confirmation, it was all gone. I can understand that on a web text field, but on the app store, Apple? When writing a review, do yourself a favor and write it elsewhere, not here. Apparently a confirmation dialog window is too hard for Apple to implement on their app store reviews. And this app, I’ll review in more detail when I manage, unfortunately. I will however do it, since this is a great app, and some reviews here are just hard to understand. YES, you can create new surveys, it’s a clear option on the FIRST window when you start the app. Excellent app and product, have been a happy consumer for a while, and was well worth the purchase!

I had used the free version without active scanning for some time and wanted to upgrade. When I brought up NetSpot Reporter, there were no menu entries or buttons to start a new survey, and the older surveys I had created with the free app could not switch on the active scanning. So as far as I could tell, it’s pretty useless as is. I wish it had worked as I would like to be able to measure download speeds.
