GP এর মেয়াদ ১০ দিন, মিনিমাম রিচার্জ ২০ টাকা। ইন্টারনেট দাম বেশি, মোবাইল রেট সবচেয়ে বেশি। ব্যালেন্স এড করে না অথচ মোবাইলে জমাকৃত টাকা জিরো করে দিচ্ছে। একটা মাল্টিন্যাশানাল কোম্পানির এমন আচরণ খুবই বাজে। লাস্ট মাসে আমি ইন্টারটেনমেন্ট প্যাকেজ কিনি। কিন্তু হইচই/চরকি লগিনে বলে সাবক্রিপশন চালু নেই। জিপিতে যোগাযোগ করলে বলে চালু আছে, বলে তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে। আমি বলি- আমার COC জিপি। জিপির সাথে আমি করবো, তারা বলে তাদের কিছু করার নেই। ইমেইলে চরকি এবং হইচই এ যোগাযোগ করি তারা বলে এই নাম্বারে কোন সাবক্রিপশন নেই,জিপির সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে। জিপিকে ক্রিনশট দেই করনীয় জানতে চাই। তারা বলে তাদের এখানে ঠিক আছে তাদের কিছু করার নেই।সবকিছুর স্ক্রিনশট আছে।আমি তাদের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা করার হুমকি দেই। তারপর একজন ৭ দিনের সময় নেই জানাবে বলে। আজ ৩৫ দিন কেউ জানায় নি। সাবক্রিপশন এর মেয়াদ শেষ। আমি জিপির এমন আচরণে হতাশ!!!
