YOUR PRIVACY IS VERY IMPORTANT: Data you enter in the app is stored on your device (not on a server). Whether you're a serious collector, a novice, or somewhere in between, myArmsCache has everything you need to keep track of your firearms, ammo, accessories, gun parts, time at the range (and much more). Overview of myArmsCache: ▪ GUNS Keep a detailed inventory of each gun, including manufacturer, model, caliber, action, modifications, serial number, purchase details. The app will automatically keep track of total rounds shot and the date last fired. Sold Guns: keep a record of details on the guns you sold, including date sold, who you sold it to, amount received, dealer info, and sale details. ▪ MAINTENANCE Record maintenance details for your guns — including cleaning, repair, etc. You can record the date of maintenance, notes, the cost, when you dropped it off, and when you picked it up. ▪ GUN PARTS Keep a detailed inventory of your Gun Parts, including manufacturer, model, part details, finish, category, serial number, purchase details, and more. Each part can be assigned to a specific gun, so you can keep track of the parts you added to each gun. Sold Parts: keep a record of the details on the parts you sold, including date sold, amount received, who you sold it to, and sale details. ▪ AMMO Keep an inventory of your Ammo, including brand, caliber, bullet type, bullet weight, muzzle velocity, muzzle energy, and purchase details. You'll also be able to keep track of the date you last used the ammo, what gun you used it with, and how many rounds you shot. The app will automatically calculate the cost per round and keep track of ammo usage, so you'll always know how much ammo you have. Whenever you have less than 100 rounds of a particular ammo, the number of ammo and the caliber will appear in red. There is an Ammo Archive section where you can move ammo you no longer use. ▪ ACCESSORIES Keep an inventory of all your accessories, including holsters, scopes, loaders, range bags, etc. If you use an accessory with a particular gun, you have the option to assign it to that Gun. ▪ RANGE REPORT Keep a record of your visits to the Range, including photos of the target, which guns, ammo, and accessories were used, the weather, time of day, distance, rounds shots, and malfunctions. The ammo you add to the Range Report will automatically be deducted from your inventory. ▪ RANGE CHECKLIST Keep a list of Guns, Ammo, and Accessories that you want to take with you to the Range. You can use the checkmarks to check off an item when you add it to your bag. ▪ SHOPPING LIST Keep a list of Guns, Ammo, Accessories, and Parts you want to purchase. ▪ PURCHASE REPORT View details on how much money you’ve spent on Guns, Ammo, Accessories, and Parts. ▪ STATISTICS View detailed statistics for all the Guns, Sold Guns, Ammo, Accessories, Parts, and Range Visits. Cost of app
I thought I had a lifetime subscription when I signed up before?
Eh
Very good tracker for all sorts of firearm tracking. But why can you only add 1 type of magazine per gun? Most enthusiasts have multiple types of magazines. That’s an odd oversight. To respond to the developer, I have firearms that came with multiple sized magazines. You can only add one size. I dropped it another star because you can only add 1 accessory or optic on a range report. So if you want to add a red dot and a vertical grip, you are out of luck. Unless you want to make a note you did it, which the app won’t track that it was used. So now I’m only using this app to track ammo and guns. It’s good for that, not for anything else.
Cost
I loved the app when it was Free. Now you are getting greedy!
Mostly great

“Issue Resolved”
I have always loved this app, but when they went to subscription based there was a misunderstanding about how to continue to use the app. It has been resolved and I can now use the app.
Gun Vault Inventory
Digital Gun Vault, 2A GOA NRA supporter. Great app for firearms inventory, upgrades reasonable.
Info gone
I have used this app for years recently purchased a new phone downloaded the app and nothing. All of my info is gone. Nice job.
In the last update, I accidentally removed the date from the Shooting Record Summary that you can access for each gun (thanks, Brian, for letting me know). I added the date back and included the ability to sort the list by range, month, or year.
