Sign in with your VIVACOM mobile number or enter an email and password. If you sign up for the first time, you will receive a confirmation SMS. On the Home screen, you'll see the current status for the mobile service you're using. Check remaining minutes, MB or SMS any time. You can activate and deactivate a roaming service and add more minutes, MB and SMS to your mobile plan. You have access to a list of all your services. No more overdue bills! Simply bad
They started messing up with my data claiming I juiced all my data last month which continues with this month even after I paid my bill my data has never have been restored. I am pretty positive I haven’t finished my data because I’m mostly at the house using WiFi The company has really started to loose their reputation. They can’t keep employees employed and are twisting customers hands creating frustration due to their mostly incompetence. They are extremely rude unless you speak English and present yourself as a tourist than they kiss your a** The app is completely useless but I rather struggle with it vs to try and talk to their ignorant and rude employees But well we are in the ghetto of Eastern Europe so welcome to the projects where everybody loves to struggle and complain. It’s mostly gipsie, old people and mentally sick ones… the disappointment at the motherland is horrific because of the stereotype. Credit card payment issues
I’m unable to pay by credit card. Getting an “try again later” message without a reason being given as to why.
WORST COMPANY EVER
The worst app on the store and the worst company! This is the fourth time we haven't had internet and cable for more than 20 hours this month!!! And no compensation in any form! I will never recommend this company to anyone!
