Terrible is the one word I can think of. I purchased a new motherboard and graphics card and downloaded this to make registrations easier, unfortunately that is not the case. The program tells me my login to Facebook and google are wrong (they aren’t).. If I try to sign up, the program closes. This is terrible coming from a professional computer company, now I wonder how the products will be..😱

Trying to sign in or create an account crashes the app. Also trying to sign in via google brings up the constant message of wrong password and servers being busy. I like you MSI but dang this app is bad

I can’t even get past the registration phase. It keeps telling me “password incorrect” without telling me the reason why, nor how to correct it. Step 1 and already fail! Amazing.

This app is one of the most poorly designed, non user friendly apps I’ve ever used, probably the worst. From the UI to the horrid menus, each are terrible and may not even let you select your country if you’re from the USA( I had to choose Alabania to attempt to register my products)! Where do I start with the frustration this app fuels me with. The English is so bad it’s almost looks like a scam, and it might as well be if it wasn’t free. Each bug report and most menus have unnecessary spaces that bug the life out of me. I don’t know to whom I’m directing this message to or if anyone will read this but, please consider any other option for your computer other than this app. Just look it up, trust me. After two hours of trying to fix my graphics card, this app left a very sour after-taste to an already soiled night!
