My subscription expired with enjoying the actual subscription this app and the Audi connect is disaster Subscription money wasted and this app not useful. I need my subscription back and I regret leaving bmw for Audi cos bmw apps works as intended

While, I do believe the app is a good app, there has been one big unresolved issue from the very beginning. The application keeps telling me that Bluetooth is not connected or it is not connected to Bluetooth. The app is definitely connected to Bluetooth as it’s giving me information regarding the car, however, your company has never resolved this issue. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and reconnected many times even with your online help to no avail. Please fix the issue. Thank you.

Good app. Especially considering it’s free and it didn’t exist when I bought my Audi S5. Feels a little limited, I wish I had more control functions like lock/unlock but it gives a good amount of information and insight.

App is OK. Lags behind competition though, and needs additional features. It is Fast, collects and displays lots of data, but you cannot unlock or lock the car, or check if all the windows are closed, or even view the current mileage unlike in the newer Audi app. BMW and Benz had these functions, why can’t Audi?? Also, the new Audi app is clunky and slow to all get out. The BMW and Benz apps are not. Moreover, they allow you to remotely start the car. Why is Audi so inept at software?

Reinstalled per developer response and app is working now. Helpful to see where my car is while getting serviced, borrowed, etc. I do miss the ability to lock/unlock from the previous app. Original review: App won’t let me sign me in since a couple months ago. Keeps stating there is internet connection issue when internet is fine.
