The first two days I had them the app worked fine. But now my address and working at all it won’t connect to my lights.

I can’t even change the color. The only colors that work are yellow green and teal when I want a darker blue I can’t get that like the original blue that you get when you first get the controller but mine didn’t even come with a controller so I had to download the app after a few days the only color that I could use was green but then I started to play around with it all the way to see what colors I could use. I found out that I could use the colors yellow and teal which is what I said originally I really don’t want to take. These led lights down because I really like them. I feel as though they add more pizzazz to my room, but I might have to take them down. I see a lot of other people saying the same thing how the color is the same and how it won’t change to other colors and I’m wondering why they haven’t done something about this I mean The last update was seven months ago, so I’m wondering why there’s no update after seeing all these ratings…

I never downloaded the app and would use the remote until now. I use the QR code on my led brick and downloaded the app with that. Once it was downloaded I tried turning on my lights with the app but only one of the led part worked and the other didn’t. Just to remind you, both of my led parts work perfectly just fine. Then I tried pressing the “connect all” button and the other side started working but now the other part didn’t. Now it’s stuck like that. Please lmk if I did something wrong or this app doesn’t really work at all.
