Whether you just want to give Mobi a try or you're already ready to switch, you can request an eSIM (or order a physical SIM card), port your number, and customize your Mobi wireless plan all in one place. Skip the trip to the store and the time on hold — switch to a more affordable wireless service, backed by a great customer care team that's always ready to help.
WOW is all I can say
Used to be with US Cellular until Sprint bought them where we are a few years ago. I have always (ALWAYS) went into the store whenever I needed to upgrade or anything like that. Can't believe all the hours I have wasted waiting in the US Cellular or Sprint stores over the years -- we just switched our three iPhones and an iPad over in less than an hour with the app. They have no stores here in Illinois, so we didn't have much choice. But paying less than fifty bucks a month now for wireless instead of over $200! made it worth it for us.
Good app, but customer service isn't 24x7
The app does what it needs to do, but because they're based in Hawaii, their customer service doesn't have the most logical hours if you're on the East Coast (for example). When they're available though they're great, real live human beings. And the savings make up for the weird hours for me at least.
Works with eSIM!
The Mobi app doesn't specifically say it, but you actually can activate with eSIM. We just reached out to care beforehand and they then had the activations we did in the app go as eSIM instead of shipping the SIMs to us, and they also put them all on the same account for us, pretty easy and a lot more affordable thankfully.
Much faster and way cheaper?!?!
I originally was with Alltel years ago and that eventually got bought by Verizon. Slowly but surely my bill kept creeping up but the coverage was always good and speeds were amazing. Past few years have been brutal though - my Mobi line almost always hits five or even ten times the download as my brother's Verizon line. Now I just have to convince him to switch so that I can get some referral credit.
Really happy we switched!!!
We switched from Cricket and are saving almost $90 a month now since porting our lines over. Glad we found Mobi!!
eSIM finally
I was finally able to port over to Mobi with eSIM, had been waiting quite some time but I wasn't going to downgrade from my iPhone 14 to a 13 or earlier just to go back to a physical SIM card. Cheap and easy and their chat customer service is pretty decent.
iPhone app is great but Andrọid needs some work?
Switched my iPhone line quickly and easily, but moving my dad's line over was a bit more challenging with Andrọid.
