As large as a company as Metra Electronics, it’s a shame that they could let they’re app average a 1.8 review. The worst part is that it deserves every bit and then some. To everyone who needs a reliable company, seek out PAC.

Has a legit sweat shop in Holy Hill FL, employees in said sweat shop hardly speak English. Some are illegal some have green cards I know the CEO has his own illegal extended family working there. You have their molding department breathing in hazardous material being over worked in a legitimate sweat shop with the bare minimum to help their employees stay hydrated with popsicles and water mixed with Gatorade powder. Not to mention the over priced vending machines your hardest working employees have to pay for. Meanwhile the office during the day comes in late doesn’t properly communicate issues with their products and support acts clueless especially when you call them and they think a professional installer that’s being doing this for 20 years hasn’t read the manual. Then you have them guessing trying to figure out what’s wrong when they sit behind a computer 7-10 to a room talking smack on their customers when they hang up. And I swear if y’all deny it I witnessed it first hand when I was working in there literally everything I’ve written down. It’s funny how the office during the day sits in ac joking around celebrating what they don’t accomplish. Then you have this cheaply put together app but what do you expect from people sitting there trying to collect a check. Kinda funny to me how metra is still around to be honest doesn’t make any sense how you can park a new Lexus out front when it’s operated by clowns.
