I updated my firmware and can no longer connect to my backpack. My phone has iOS 15 and your app says that my phone is compatible but requires iOS 10 or later. How can I fix this?

I cannot take of the gifs that i guess came with the backpack. I can add my words and things. But when im done it still shows a space man and some other pic. But i cant find them to delete them. Help with instructions please and i will give 5stars I am a wholesaler and met an a fellow in vegas at a convention. I want to buy more in bulk but i MUST be able to explain and fix this issue.
