Something Miraculous Happened!
I haven’t had a fully operational system since January, 2023. Within weeks of installation, I had errors on 8 of 11 heads which prevented my ability to run any of those heads in a schedule. Ray and the service team were responsive and attentive in that timeframe, but my own schedule prevented my jumping in to work-through their troubleshooting steps (some of which included testing with new cables, heads and controller, all of which which they were kind enough to send.) The prospect of having to dig-up everything (as well as having great natural precipitation in this timeframe) made procrastinating on this an easy decision. I had been able to run 3 heads without issue, and the other 8 heads I could “manually” run by using the EDIT SHAPE feature, but that was very time consuming. Enter the dry season, which motivated me past the procrastination. In early July, 2023 - I hopped on the app to do a manual EDIT SHAPE watering, and noticed everything had changed with the app & interface. (Looks like their new 1.17 release had hit) The MIRACULOUS change was that of the 8 previously erroring heads, only 1 was now erroring, and I was able to program schedules for all except the errored head. I eventually changed out that bad head with a new one. Now, for the first time in a very long time, I was able to program and schedule auto watering for 100% of my system. Many thanks developers and everyone else who had a hand at getting this fixed!!

Error messages don’t have time stamps. No clear steps to resolve errors. Support doesn’t return calls. Sales doesn’t follow up with you when you need more sprinkler heads and wiring. App struggles to stay connected. App is really slow. This could be a really cool product. App doesn’t have clear debug/resolution steps when issue encountered. App gets stuck when running system play/stop gets confused on its own and shows start button when system is already running. Might be time to share some of the code behind the controller so real developers can help fix all the bugs. Unable to connect to controller unless on Wi-Fi. I’ve spent the a lot of money on the system, very expensive beta product. I’d like to see this work better, let me know how to help you make it perform like it should.

I installed this system 6 months ago and have been loving it. My main goal was actually flower/shrub irrigation but thought I’d do lawn sprinklers too (if it wasn’t more work). Irrigreen offered a solution that saves water and wasn’t any more digging - score! App is reliable and is a great interface for the controller. It’s solid. It works for my 11 garden zones and 3 sprinkler heads. Weather adjustment is a bit opaque, but seems perfect for my location. Adjusting the sprinklers for your zone takes a little practice but it’s not the app it’s the difficulty of a creating a map on a small screen with like 40 points. Try not to spray yourself and you’ll be a pro in no time. 😂 Wishlist is: - watering multiple garden zones at the same time. - more data about weather adjustments.

Check your pressure at the Sprinkler because I was having the same problem but I had to take mine down with the pressure reducer down to 40 before it would work correctly and then keep the calibration

The product is cool in theory, but it’s a mystery whether it is the app, the controller, or the valves that are causing it to spray water inconsistent distances. I even put in a $300 pressure regulator and pressure gauge to eliminate that variable. I’ve also calibrated the heads as recommended. Still inconsistent. As for the number of schedules, this is becoming an enormous problem as my landscaping is getting built out. When you are establishing new sod, you need to maintain soil moisture. To do that, you need to water multiple times a day. At least 4, but I’ve found 6 shorter bursts during the hottest part of the day to be best. However, half of my lawn was installed last year, so it has its own schedule. Plus, I also have traditional drip valves for trees, bushes, and flowers with varying water intervals. This is essentially leaving me with no schedules. So I’m hand watering areas so that I can water the new sod more Even once things are established, I’ll need more than 4 schedules. At a minimum 6.

This release updates our privacy manifest and fixes a bug with address entry for new systems. We've also introduced some messaging on the loading screen when a sprinkler enters a firmware update before a programming session begins.
