This mobile version is a lot better than the Windows version
Thanks to the mobile version I can fill up all the VFLs, T5T, SBOs etc…. Much more easily and faster, much better than the windows full version, my only observation is that would like to see my VFLs already reported and closed in the mobile application, but is not possible to keep track of your VFLs; one have to go to windows and open the full version, may be if the developer see my review they might fix this, for the rest is a very simple and clean interface, very intuitive, I like it.
Too Many Problems
I will vote to move to another electronic platform. Too many issues and the customer support is a zero. There are too many issues to put on here, I just strongly recommend you see what else is out there. This could be a great system if the personnel would listen and fix all reported issues including their customer service.
Awful Servers
The app is great in theory, however, the servers are so slow it’s almost unusable. Opening the app takes nearly 5 minutes, and this is not dependent upon your internet connection. It’s so slow it will remind you of dial-up internet. Great product in theory, HORRIBLE product in practice.
Does Not Work
The app won’t even open and just crashes, even after deleting and reinstalling it. It’s obviously not ready for use based on other reviewers and my own experience.
Have to delete and redownload every time
This interface and experience is complete garbage. I can’t even do my safety reports because the app never works. I laugh out loud when I try to log in and it opens Chrome and Google Authenticator. How bout you guys figure this out?
Slow and Crashes
Like the title, it’s slow and it crashes constantly.
SSO users, you can now access data using your face or finger instead of a PIN code. You’ll also be able to see your org’s logo on the site link screen the next time you log in. First time user? Your org can now provide you with a QR code that you can scan to populate the Site Link to log in. You’ll see a new loading screen when you log in to better inform you of what’s happening.
