United StatesThe iDVR-PRO Viewer app lets users connect to one or more iDVR-PRO CCTV camera DVRs. iDVR-PRO surveillance DVRs are supplied by CCTV Camera Pros. Users can view their security cameras live from remotely over the Internet using WIFI and cellular Internet connections on iPhone and iPad. Users can also access recorded surveillance video footage from the DVR's hard drive. There are two ways that users can play back recorded video. The first option is to access the search menu where users can select a date and time to being video playback. The second method is to search the DVR's log for events such as camera motion detection or external alarms (such as PIR motion sensors and magnetic door / window sensors) being triggered. UPDATE 6-20-2016 The latest app version supports remote audio surveillance. Connect a MIC-CCTV-02 from CCTV Camera Pros (or any other compatible audio surveillance microphone) to your iDVR-PRO and listen remotely from iPhone and iPad in the app! Multiple microphones are supported and selectable in the app. IMPORTANT NOTE! This app is made exclusively for iDVR-PRO security DVRs from CCTV Camera Pros. This app will NOT work with any other model DVR. Works excellent with their dvr. After trying a lot of ways to get it going, I finally used the tool they have to find the ip-address and open port. Once I entered those numbers in the app. my cameras come up and it works just as advertised on their website, every time I click on it. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I just recently bought an iDVR-PRO8A from CCTV Camera Pros and am getting everything hooked up via my home network. I put this app on a few of our iPads and iPhones and it seems to work great! I'm still learning how to use it but so far so good. When I first got it working I noticed the picture was low resolution. But, tapping on the left side of the screen gave me a HD option which made the video look great. One thing I'd like improved is that when ever I boot up the app the picture is upside down. I have to rotate the iPad a little and then it corrects itself. Also, it would be nice if it just ran in the background because as soon as you go to another app and then come back again you have to tap on your DVR icon to get back to the video.

Completely useless. Downloaded this because the "doggie day care" I use prompted me to so I could check in on my dog throughout the day. Wants you to register, which is fine, except it will not accept any format or combination. Deleted it less Than 5 min after downloading.
