Beware of this company, my car has been stolen & 2 others damaged. I’ve been given the run around about getting them Fix.. I can never get anyone from claims department to call me back , only sales.🤬🤬I’m taking my cars off. They have not fixed my car since 9/15/18. 5/24/19 The drivers can be sketchy don’t waste your time. Beware of this scam company!! Scammmmmmmmmm

Another day another con. This app is simply a front to con Americans and regulatory entities into thinking they offer any type of insurance. They do NOT. The few friends who run this scam called HyreCar are so brazen that they make the IRS scammers of Mumbai green with envy. Don’t even list a bicycle with these guys. Because you WILL LOOSE it. I know, because I’m one of those Americans who’ve been scammed by these unscrupulous bunch. They have created fake LinkedIn employees, software this, financial that. Just try opening up discussion with any one of those! Their Twitter account has zero percent human interaction. A bot posts a random story ones every week or a couple of weeks. The only human presence in this cabal are the few friends who make up their troll “department “. You know the guys who call you up or email you trying to get you to list your car. These guys are 10 times worse than the IRS scammers. They operate right here in the US with legally-obtained license that they abuse 100% of the time. Dear HyreCar. This is ESS,. And this is just the beginning. By the time your scammed victims and I are midway, you’ll be making plans to move shop into the Amazon, where they probably don’t have internet.

Stop host car at HyreCar. You will lose money more than making it. 4/6 time I host is losing money. My new 2019 Toyota got totaled，waited 6 weeks still nothing responded from HyreCar. Other car that I hosted got abused and need expensive repair. Only bad renter cannot rent at FAIR comes to HyreCar. Nightmare. Renter can rent for free days and weeks saying that check engine light is on and they keep driving for Uber or lyft. HyreCar is not going to help. They just not paying and keeping your car. You will have all kind of worry, calling but not getting pay. A lot of parking ticket and you have to deal with city to remove your liability. Good luck

Just I am going to give you something nobody give to me . Do not post your car in hyrecar . Hyrecar contract have too many gaps or blank spaces. They are just the owner of the platform and they won’t help you if you car get stolen , wreck like two of mine or anything. They won’t never mentioned to you , hyrecar insurance will pay you just 50% of the “ value “ of the vehicle , hyrecar will pay 30% and the renter the 20% if you are lucky to find the renter after a wreck , they just disappear . Good luck if you don’t have collision coverage in your policy because Uber or Lyft won’t pay you a penny , and hyrecar either . You will be in your own and customer service won’t answer your phone , and emails , you will see it Go to BBB and submit your claim , maybe all together can stop this abuse scam . Good luck if you don’t listen people with experience in this business as we do. We warning you , you make your choice .

I had a really bad experience. Only one rental and the driver kept my car two days past due for free. The driver returned my car crash, with several Toll tickets. and no life on my tires what so ever. Hyrecar will not help out at all so I was stuck with all this therefore instead of making money I lost soo much. Hyrecar customer service is terrible, they will not answer calls or respond to emails. Do not list your car with them because if something happens you are on your own.

U have to wait 24 hours for confirmation but still u not sure u will get the car or not. U cannot contact the owner thrw a call, u can txt them thw the app but it’s not worthy. Waste of my one day.
