The app allows a residential property owner to submit a residence homestead exemption application by providing images of the front and back of their driver's license as well as check the status of the application. In addition, the property owner can also lookup their iFile number if lost by scanning their driver's license and they can also report property damage caused by natural disasters (In case of any ongoing or recent natural calamity). Many functions will result in error messages. Also, the screen is blacked out when you try to take a photo. So it is impossible to file an exemption or changing name on an account, as the app is designed for.

Half the screen is blacked out when I try to scan the back of my license and the orientation of the camera is not intuitive. I have not been able to scan successfully. This is a worthless feature until it is fixed.

Trying to lookup ifile number and the screen where it asks you to scan the barcode is half blacked out and you can’t scan anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and it’s still not working. No other way, as far as I can tell, to find this information.
