United StatesThis App will enable users to share / report their positive or negative experience or report any safety concerns in real-time from their GPS location based on a pre-determined site in a city or jurisdiction. Users can add images and / or videos along with text detailing issues to report (dirty facilities, vandalism or other safety issues, graffiti, bad signage, poor lighting) or areas to praise (great customer service, friendly staff etc.) for individual locations. The app will notify staff in real-time and allow staff at custom locations to receive and respond to users’ concerns in real-time. It will also allow staff to close feedback loop by replying to users (who choose to share their contact info) with the action taken to address their concern.

Wanted to give feedback about the redone west park in Carmel and what a disappointment it was when we saw what they did. Saw there was this app, yeah doesn’t work. So two sick jokes.

This is a silly app with very limited functions that don’t seem to work well. I was hoping I could see the schedules and info about my Monon center membership, but that’s not what this app is for. It is strictly for giving reviews and comments, apparently.

This app is basically a way to make you think they care. Everyone is constantly telling you to go leave comments, but really they just ignore them. Or worse they blame you for wanting to go to a class. It was all my fault I assumed class would be outside and even had an email from that week. Yet Matt Whirley blamed me. 6 other people working also thought we had class. 7 people showed up for class. Yet Matt blamed me. And then I used it again weeks later about a different issue and was ignored.
