GraphCalcPro is an advanced scientific calculator, offering features found on expensive handheld calculators, as well as additional capabilities not possible with handhelds. Features include: • Ultra high precision and range • Intuitive and easy to use • Standard (in-fix) and RPN modes • Built-in constants, fully customizable • Numerous built-in unit conversions • iCloud sync With iCloud sync, you can synchronize your calculation history and constants with GraphCalcPro on all your Macs, and with GraphCalcPro2Go on all your iOS devices. Sharing feature allows you to share your calculation history or constants with other users running GraphCalcPro on their Macs and GraphCalcPro2Go on their iOS devices. GraphCalcPro is also a full-featured graphing calculator. You can create beautiful graphs at the touch of a button. • Graph multiple equations simultaneously • Graphs are highly customizable • Print, copy and paste graphs
Great app. Works really well.
This is my go-to calculator app.
Great scientific and graphing calculator
Has all the usual scientific functions, a complete set of unit conversions, and pretty good graphing capability, iCloud sync is cool, syncs to GraphCalcPro2Go on my iPhone. There’s even a version for Apple Watch!
Way more than just a calculator.
This thing is just packed with features you can’t find with any other calculator app. Love the conversion buttons - I can’t believe there’s a conversion for warp factor - a must for Trekkies like me. It’s pretty good at graphing too. Was a little tricky to enter equations as first, but once I got the hang of it, made perfect sense. There’s a nice video tutorial on the support website which really helped. The constants button is cool, and I’ve added several of my own. The sharing capability is really clever - it’s like the first social networking calculator. You can share your calculations or constants with other users. I also like the fact that there are iOS and watchOS versions, looking forward to trying those out. One addition I would like to see is the option to graph in polar coordinates.
This thing is terrible
First off, If you’re looking for the computer version of GraphCalc 2 for mobile, this isn’t it. That’s how I ended up here and it’s too late to return it. a mistake inputing addition strings makes you start over so that’s simple yet extremely frustrating. Graphing capabilities are limited to say the least, and using the x variable in algebraic expressions is awkward on this calculater.
Graphing Function
The calculator function of this app is OK. However, when accessing the graphing function, difficult to use. Not enough tutorial for us non-math type to use this app. For example: I tried to graph y = sinx. No problem displaying graph. When entering a second sin function of y = 2sinx, I could not enter this to compare with my first function. I entered 2 first then sinx. This should be the most “intuitive” input. However, this entry was entered a sin(2). More tutorial would be helpful. I sure this is a very good app, but not for me unless you provide more instruction to do these simple tasks. Thank you, but I (think) it’s worth the 99¢ investment!!
Update for macOS 12. Improved graphing.
