Does something Apple should have put into their TextEdit program! I sometimes copy and paste notes from the internet etc into TextEdit and they include all kinds of formatting data, links, colors, sizes, etc. With this app I copy all that, clear it, and paste it into a new note and it comes out clean. Thanks!

Great tool! This app is absolutely indispensible for me. No frils, easy to use. Does exactly what it's designed to do. Every time. When I copy text from an email or a website, many times all the formatting, including backgrounds are picked up as well. Then the app I'm using to build documents and graphics will insert that formatting and I have to go in and reformat. Plain Text automatically strips all that, allowing me to spend more time creating instead of reformatting.
