Does not work. OTP is always ‘invalid’ and does not accept passwords. How can you spend so much on an app that does not work?

Just to recharge and purchase a plan you need 20 minutes for the app to load. It shows a message, “the app version is not supported anymore, please update” Ok where is the update!!!!!?
