Connection failed
I bought a new iPhone 14 and reinstall the EnWiFi app and I am getting “connection failed” error. I’ve tried resetting network, resetting phone uninstalled reinstalled app and it still doesn’t work. I installed it on 2 other devices(apple iPhone 13 and iPad) both worked perfectly. I noticed on the 2 devices it worked on, I was prompted for a user name and password before connecting. I never got that prompt on my iPhone 14.
Not a good UI
General management of the access points isn’t good. I should be able to adjust settings without having to into group settings every time.
APP fails on iPhone 14 Pro Max
APP version 1.16.2111190 (latest version) does not work in iPhone 14 Pro Max running IOS 16.2 (20C65). the APP will not allow me to connect to any of my EWS357APV3 to manage them - all I can do is see them. APP works perfectly on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max both also with iOS 16.2 … does not seem to like 14ProMax for reason..
Ap is useless
For a non computer guy, this is pretty much useless garbage. I’ve set up multiple networks in my house with other companies’ apps with no issues. I’ll probably return the device and find something from another company that is better designed and more intuitive for non computer people like me.
APP is usually wrong
So frustrating … have two EWS357APs and the APP shows them both most of the time… but …. It usually shows a lovey Red Dot against one of them saying “internet not available”, and when I attach to its SSID, I have internet…. pretty useless APP ! (It has other problems, but I’m weary with such basic incompetence)
Ok app with very strange navigation
Unfortunately there isn’t a usable log to determine what caused connection drops. Also the app is should NOT be asking for Location as other reviewers mentioned. I read about your desire to improve by getting the SSID but your desire should never have priority over the users’ privacy choices. Please release an update that allows us to turn this frustrating, and invasive “feature” off.
Location data
You don’t need my location, get lost. Deleted this app.
Bug fix.
