Never worry about your data limit again. DataRocket keeps tabs on your cellular data usage. The widget tells you at-a-glance, how close you are to exceeding your cap. DataRocket notifies you in 10% steps about the remaining high-speed data volume. The DataRocket widget informs quickly and clearly about data usage in the current billing period. The dot on the progress bar changes its color from green (= safe), yellow (= attention) to red (= danger!). The dot provides additional information about the billing period and thus helps you to keep an even better eye on data consumption: If the dot is to the right of the progress bar, your data consumption is safe. However, if the point is to the left of the progress bar, you should reduce your data consumption in order not to be throttled before the end of the billing period or to have to buy expensive additional data. The DataRocket Wi-Fi widget displays the received and sent data volume. A tap on the "More" button opens the detailed view in which the local and public IP address can be viewed. DataRocket also displays the MAC address and the name of the wireless access point manufacturer.

Are you sick of being charged for extra data?
This app is one of the simplest and smoothest apps I have ever installed. I installed it when I was with AT&T, under their 3gb limit plan and I never regretted it. I even have the app’s widget to keep track of my data with one tap. The graph was so helpful for me to see how much data one youtube video or even an app download had drained my data. Currently, though, I am with T-Mobile and I am under their cheap and unlimited plan. I don’t really have a use for this app anymore, but I still have it installed. I check it once in a while to see my WiFi speeds and from time to time I check in to see how much data I’ve used. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a simply designed app to show them their data usage and their wifi speeds.
Missing historical data and miscalculation
Historical data is still missing. Only current cycle is calculated. No description of what’s using the data either. Carrier is reporting 2GB of use, DataRocket reports 9GB of use.
great but will ask for monthly stats
will be great if theres a separate stat tab for for monthly data consumption as well other than that its the best .
Doesn’t work anymore
Just shows zero even though I am using cellular data
