Unwanted and unknowingly charged by app
Click free trial and immediately get charged for a very unwanted years subscription. 34.99 charge to my account and immediately deleted the app following I was only denied a refund or even opportunity to perhaps pay for a month or week instead!

Often free apps in this class will perform their functions only on a limited number of items, 60 duplicate contacts or photos removed in the free version, for instance, remaining items removable after upgrading. This app requires you to sign up for a subscription, but the first 3 days are free. It's entirely possible to download this app for a one time problem without having to pay for it as long as you remember to cancel. Although, this is a very good app, so i'd encourage people to subscribe to support the developer. I had a problem with duplicate contacts, downloaded a competing app and i am not joking, that app resulted in the number of duplicates doubling. My contacts were out of control, 4 duplicates for almost every contact. No clue how that happened. Happy to report that this app fixed my problem in one go. The next day the deleted or merged contacts did not repopulate as happened in the other app. Only issue was (and it's not a huge issue) that it was a bit overzealous in deleting contacts, deleting all contacts in my google account because they were duplicates of my icloud account. (by design). Maybe that's what threw off the first app, i have no idea. But this one, "Cleaner -- Clean Duplicate Item," despite the poor English grammar in the title, deserves its 5 star review.

I am a very disorganized person, but after using this app, I was amazed to see how quickly my iPad and other devices cleaned up. I’m only on the three day trial, but I’m thinking I might commit to a month because this is one of the best cleaning software‘s I’ve ever used.
