App was free, but now i can't use it without buying the in-app purchase. Total bait and switch, bad developer.

Appears to be great for the price

Purchased for the $2.99 and it works great. I hope that means I won't have to pay more later. Also, there is a "buy VIP" button that I have no idea what that is for.

Works great

CHM Viewer that works exactly as expected. Buying it was a reasonable one time price. If you've got some of these files on your mac, this is a good choice.
